In addition to cleaning whole rugs and carpets, we also provide a stain removal service in Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

There are many different kinds of stains and we have built up years of experience identifying what type of stain remover will work best. All our technicians have received spot and stain removal training from the NCCA and use the latest carpet stain removal solutions available.

Common culprits for stubborn stains on carpets are coffee, tea and alcohol, how many times have you watched in horror as the red wine falls over in seemingly slow motion?  Our technicians have experience with all of these types of stain and more including pet accident removals, blood and sweat stains. We can also treat unsightly marks caused by mould, chewing gum, food products, ink, glue, cosmetics and more. In a nutshell, if you have a stain on a carpet, we have the means of getting it out.

After making an appointment with us, our technicians begin the cleaning process by first identifying the type of stain they are dealing with and the appropriate solution to use. All our cleaning products are eco-friendly and non-toxic, so it is safe for usage in environments with children and pets.

Why hire a professional stain removal service?

Improper procedures can cause irreversible damage and some stains, such as food colouring, hot drinks and cosmetics, may cause a permanent colour change to the fibres and can react adversely to stain removal products. For this reason, we always recommend that you do not treat the stain yourself, but contact us first for some specialist advice.

Other advantages of hiring a professional to get all the stains out of your carpet include a fast drying process, effective odour removal and no harsh cleaning chemicals are needed for the stain removal.

Will all the stains come out of my carpet?

No guarantee can be made that any particular stain will be removed. Some stains permanently damage the carpet fibres and no amount of specialist cleaning will reverse this. We have received advanced training for spot and stain removal and will be able to deal with most problems. If you have a stain you are concerned about, discuss it with us beforehand and we will be happy to advise. We will always let you know beforehand if we don’t think we can remove a particular stain.

After the stain has been removed is it more likely to re-soil quicker?

Today’s chemicals and detergents are manufactured to the highest specifications for quality and effectiveness. As professional cleaners based in Glasgow, we will only use detergents designed for the removal of soil from carpets and upholstery and, when used correctly, these will not lead to any rapid re-soiling. Detergents that are not designed for use on carpets and upholstery may cause re-soiling problems which makes it even more important to use a professional carpet cleaner.
